It is our pleasure to introduce our Bus Stop Improvement Guide (BSIG). With expertise from the MARTA Bus Service Planning Team, this guide provides some practical tips on how to start the process of improving your stop.

Depending on the issue and where the bus stop is located, there are multiple ways to let the right people know about problems at your stop. The guide answers the what, when, where, and how so you can see results sooner.

We encourage you to look through the guide, share it, and use it when needed. You can download the full infographic or smaller social sized graphics below. The more we voice our concerns for unsafe, inaccessible, unclean, and undignified stops, the more it demonstrates the large demand for better bus transportation.
